how do i knit a name into a blanket
Im a newbie at knitting and am currently knitting a baby blanket for a present for a friend and i want to knit her name into the border of the blanket which is in a moss st. how do i do this. please help. thankyou.

If there is an area of stockinette stitch near the border you can duplicate stitch a name into it. Here's a video of the stitch. Or perhaps you could work a small area of stockinette into the border and use that a background for the duplicate st.
