Novice knitter needs help with yo question!!
HELP! I am starting a new pattern for a ruffled boa,
I have cast on the 160 sts, now it says "Row 1: K1, [yo, k1] across to end." Does this mean I yo in between every knit stitch, essentially almost doubling my number of stitches by the end of the row?
Row 2 is k1, purl to end, k1, then you repeat these 2 rows.
Thanks!!!

Yes, that's right. This creates the ruffle. Sounds like fun to do. Good luck with it.
