busy bee capelet
In this pattern it says Rnd 1: change to new color, *k1, [slp 2, k2] to marker* rep * 5 more times. Do I k1 slp 2, k2, k1, slp2, k2? or do I k1 slp2, k2, slp2, k2, slp2 k2, etc?
Help will be appreciated.

Usually you just continue the part that's in brackets. The original k1 before them is just an edge. So you'd be doing what you mentioned 2nd.

k1, sl2, k2, sl2, k2, sl2, k2, etc.

That is what I did and then started to question myself. I took that part out and decided to ask you. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it.

K1 slp2, k2, slp2, k2, slp2 k2, slp2 k2 etc. until you get to the marker and then start again with K1 slp2, k2, slp2, k2, slp2 k2, slp2 k2 etc.until you get to the next marker. Repeat for a total of 6 times.
