Maidenhead, anyone?

Well as the title implies, are there any knitters near the area of Maidenhead? I am Abigail by the way and I am new to the forum though I have been in the hobby for quite a long time already. I first started with cross stitching then took interest when I learned from a couple of friends who are in the same interest.

hi abigail, my name is adele. i was wondering if i was the only knitter in the entire area. i have been searching for groups and clubs etc for ages but found nothing. i started on cross stitch the same as you. i still do it from time to time but prefer knitting. its more relaxing. i have so much wool i think i could start my own shop!!
