Which bind off stitch?
I'm making my first Cardigan, in fact it's my first bit if knitting that's not a scarf or something else straight!

For the shoulder shaping, I need to cast off the first 2 stitches on each row for 12 rows.

Should I use the sloping bind-off stitch in the video here (ie leave the last stitch then turn and bind off from there) or a different kind of bind-off for the vest results?

Thanks in advance

I think the sloping bind would work well, especially since this is such a gradual bind off over so many rows. What pattern are you doing?
