Just finished this morning!
Poncho pattern is by Cindy Myska Colbert. I used Lion Brand WoolEase Thick & Quick and #11 needle (instead of #13). I also shortened it by 2 inches for petite daughter. Even the #11 needle was hard on the hands with all the weight. By the time I got to the end I had over 250 bulky stitches on the needle.

Color shows a tad lighter in the photo...actual color is Claret, a dark burgundy.

It's a wonderful poncho and a perfect gift! The size looks good, as far as I can tell, not overwhelming. Well done.

It looks divine! I still love a poncho, so cozy! So forgiving!

Wow! That's a beautiful poncho. And you picked a gorgeous color (or someone did).

I'd had 6 skeins of this yarn in my stash for about 15 years so when I started the poncho I knew I wouldn't have enough to finish. I checked every skein at Ravelry and didn't find any with the dye lot I needed. Never one to give up, I went to JoAnn Fabrics and was amazed to find a perfect color match after all these years!
