Another pattern question for a newbie
My pattern now says:

work next row as follows: 7 garter sts, 16 stocking sts, 7 garter sts, continue like this until piece measures 27 cm, cast off.

Just trying to clarify. Will I be knitting 7, pearling 16 and knitting 7 and then turning my work and doing the same thing?

Thank you so much for your help!

Garter stitches are knit every row, stockinette stitches are knit on the right side and purl on the wrong side.

So when the right side is facing you, you'll k all the way across. When the wrong side is facing you, you'll k7, purl 16, knit 7.
