So you're trying to put it into chart form? Charts are usually written to be read from bottom to top and the RS rows Right to Left with the WS rows from L to right. But for you to transcribe it, do it the way it makes sense to you. I don't know which way you were writing it, whether the top row is the first row, or the bottom row was, and if you were just writing it the way you would knit it.

Start at the bottom right corner and chart odd number rows from right to left and even rows from left to right.
