Help please, don't understand!!
Hi, I am trying to knit a cardigan for my grandmother for christmas, and I've come across this in my pattern can someone explain it!

These 16 rows set the pattern. Pattern another 3 rows. Taking extra sts into pattern as they occur, inc 1 st each end of next row and 4 following 7th rows - 95 (109) (123) sts. Pattern another 6 (10) (14) rows.

Can you please explain where I add the stitches on which numbered rows? I am doing the medium size so should be 109 st in total, I started with 95 sts.

Thanks!

Increase on the next row (call it row 0), work rows 1-6 and then increase on row 7 and then on rows 14,21 and 28.
