butterfly pattern for baby blanket

Hi everyone,

This is my first baby blanket. Here it is:

row 1: k2, k2tog, [yo]twice, ssk, k19, k2tog, [yo]twice, ssk, k2

row 2: P3,[b] [p1, p1-tbl] in yo, p21 [p1, p1-tbl] in yo, p3

I managed to knit the first row. However, I can't understand the stiches between the bracket. Can someone help?

They want you to p1, p1tbl into the loops of the double YO from the previous row. It may be easier to purl in the first loop and knit into the other loop and shouldn't make a difference in how it looks.
