increase 0 stitches at beginning of next row?
Instructions say "increase 0(1,2,2,3) stitches at beginning of next row.
I'm knitting the smallest size, so does that mean I should
1. knit the row but not increase, or
2 skip that row entirely and go to the next step in the instructions ?

Thanks
