Knitting with 2 strands of yarn
When pattern calls for knitting with 2 strands of yarn, should I cast on with 2 strands or cast on with 1 strand and start knitting with 2 yarns? Thanks

Cast on with both strands; using just one strand would make that edge too tight or small.
