Newbie Knitter
Hello everyone. I am a brand new knitter and boy am I ever glad I found this forum! I have always wanted to learn to knit but never had the time until I met a new friend at work who graciously agreed to show me. I'm on my second skien of cotton and I am hooked!I picked up a DVD at WalMart that is a great help as well. I'm a long time quilter and hope to be as good a knitter with your help.

Welcome! I learned to knit as a kid, but I had forgotten a lot by the time I took up knitting as an adult. This site was, and still is, a great source of information.
