Graceful Legwarmers (They NEVER Went Out of Style) :)
I'm a child of the 80's so legwarmers never really went out of style for me. Luckily, the rest of the world is catching up. A friend on Facebook asked me to knit her a pair, so I made these, nothing to them, just double seed / moss stitch. I put them up on Ravelry and my blog free and in English and Portuguese. I'm calling them Graceful Legwarmers, named after the friend I made them for.

The legwrmers look wonderful and the picture you've posted is even better. Very cool color and very sweet dog, too.

I always try to work my furbabies into the project photos. Hard when you're using a camera timer, but I got lucky with this one. Thanks all. Just thought there might be some more leggings lovers out there. It's a simple pattern, but even beginners need patterns.

Although I'm not a fan of leg warmers, these are lovely.

I confess that I've made myself the first of a pair--not because they're something I will EVER wear in public ('cause I won't), but because my legs get cold when I'm working in my home office.

So even if you don't find them fashionable, they're very practical, and that's a good thing, too!

Wow! Great color!

Question: on what sort of occasion would you wear leg warmers? And what would you wear with leg warmers? I'm trying to picture the entire outfit...
