I need help Please!!

I am a new knitter, I have taught myself watching you tube videos and reading forms.. I so far have been very successful but have now come across a pattern for a sweater I am making my daughter and am very confused.. Maybe someone out there could help me.

The pattern asks me in the 25th row to break yarn, CO 10 on right needle, purl across live sts on left needle, CO 10 on right needle.

I am so confused as to proceed so I have set this aside until someone can help me.

I of course don't want to print out the pattern but if anyone wants to look it up it is Untangling Knots blog and Miette by Andi Satterlund.

There's really no need to do it this way; using the knit or cable CO cast on 10 sts at the beg of the row, work across them and the sts already on the needle, then turn and CO 10 sts at the beg of the next row.
