cable knit on circular needles

Hi there fellow knitters,

I'm working on my first circular knitting project which involves quite a compli cable pattern. Can anyone tell me whether I should knit all wrong side row or continue wrong side row as instructed in the patter?

Also the parttern reads P1, (K1, P1) 10 times. Should I P1 and then K1,P1 [10]times or do (P1, K1,P1,) [10] times?

I would be really happy if someone could help me out of this confusion.

Usually a cable pattern is much like ribbing except for the rows where you cross the sts, so you would knit the knit sts and purl the purl stitches. To repeat sts, you only repeat what's in the (), so you p1 by itself, then repeat k1 p1 10 times which would end up as 21 sts.
