Trim pattern help
Ok so I'm about to start this trim pattern below. I understand everything except "skpo twice". Does it mean skip 1, knit1, pass slipped stitch over knitted stitch?

"Skill level: Intermediate

An adaptation of a well-known repeat pattern makes a crisp, curvy edging.

skpo=slip one, knit one, pass slipped stitch over

Method
Cast on a multiple of 18 sts plus 1.
1st row (RS) P.
2nd row P 2, * [k 3, p 1] 3 times, k 3, p 3; rep from *, ending p 2.
3rd row K 1, * yo, k 1, p 2 tog, p 1, [k 1, p 3] twice, k 1, p 1, p 2 tog, k 1, yo, k1; rep from * to end.
4th row P 3, * k 2, [p 1, k 3] twice, p 1, k 2, p 5; rep from *, ending p 3.
5th row K 2, * yo, k 1, p 2, [k 1, p 1, p 2 tog] twice, k 1, p 2, k 1, yo, k 3; rep from *, ending k 2.
6th row P 4, *[k 2, p 1] 3 times, k 2, p7; rep from *, ending p 4.
7th row K 3, * yo, k 1, p 2 tog, [k 1, p 2] twice, k 1, p 2 tog, k 1, yo, k 5; rep from *, ending k 3.
8th row P 5, * k 1, [p 1, k 2] twice, p 1, k 1, p 9; rep from *, ending p 5.
9th row K 4, * yo, k 1, p 1, [k 1, p 2 tog] twice, k 1, p 1, k 1, yo, k 7; rep from *, ending k 4.
10th row P 6, * k 1, [p 1, k 1] 3 times, p 11; rep from *, ending p 6.
11th row K 5, * skpo twice, k 1, k 2 tog twice, k 9; rep from *, ending k 5. Multiple of 14 sts plus 1.
