Increase Sleeves Length

Hi,

I am working on this pattern:

It says the sleeves are 6" but I want to make it 8". I dont know how to increase it since at the cuff of the sleeves there is a 18 rows of border design and I dont know howmuch does it measure so then how will I know howmany inches I need to keep the top portion?

I need help with the sleeves please.

You don't add on to the cuff, knit the extra 2" before the cuff on the sleeve part, then just follow the instructions for the last 18 rows. In
