Sirdar pattern 9094

I am having great difficulty understanding this pattern. Can someone help me? Particularly increasing for the cap sleeve and decreasing the neck edge.

Yes, quoting a few lines at the sleeve increase and the neck decrease will help us out since the pattern instructions aren't available online. It looks like the sleeve is part of the back (or fronts) and that you probably increase quickly for the sleeve and continue the sleeve in pattern with the body.
