Knitting left handed
Hi, Is there a easier way to read patterns for a left hand knitter?

Do you just hold your yarn in your left hand, or do you knit from a full right needle to an empty left needle? Either way, you just read them the same.

I start casting on with my left hand and then go back and forth with the needles.

So when you start a row your sts are on the left needle? That's not left handed knitting, that's standard for most people whether they hold the yarn in their right or left hands. Just read the pattern as written.
