Instructions Question
I am knitting a "kimono" and have a question about the instructions.
They say to "work in st st until total length is 27", ending with a WS row. Bind off loosely." Does this mean that I bind off on the WS row or work the WS row and then bind off on the next row, a RS row? Thanks for your help!

The last row you knit will be a ws row; then bind off on the rs row.
