Accidentally increased stitches!!
Hello,

I just started knitting (as of yesterday) I have been practicing with Red heart super saver yarn. It reads "Worsted estambre 4". I've been using size 8 needless. I cast on 20 stitches and now I have 46 stitches! I really donīt know what I did wrong. I was not trying to increase the stitches, just practicing the knitting stitch (I have not tried the purl stitch). What am I doing wrong?
I attached a picture.

Many thanks in advance!!
