At boho knits I am making the Belugah Slouch Hat. Round 2 -4 says work even in patt. Can you please tell me what this means?

It means work the pattern without increases or decreases.. In this case continue this for the stated number of rows.

Pattern Stitch:
Rnd 1: *P4, K1*, rep from * to * to end of rnd.
Rnd 2: Knit
