We had a cat that drank like that, too. Her favorite was a dripping faucet. She'd let the water drip onto her paw then lick it off. Silly critters, they do have their ways.

Cute. I would think the cat wouldn't get much water that way, but it looks more fun than sticking your head in a bowl.

I think you got the wrong link, I just watched that video in another thread about new yarn. You can use the edit button and fix it.
