Does anyone know how to do the wave pattern?

I did a video a while ago to help Merryknitter do a crocheted wave pattern for a blanket. http://www.hookedonneedles.com/2008/...e-crochet.html That is the link to my video post.

This is the link to the pattern for the Noah's Ark blanket: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/libr...hs-ark-blanket but you could just use the pattern for the background part of it and not do the ark and animals and all that. It would make a nice blanket, either for a baby or a full size afghan!

The wave pattern i'm looking for is just like the zig-zag pattern (peaks & valleys) except it's done in double crochet. Can anyone please email me this pattern by posting a reply to this? Thank you!!

Directions for how to get a wave pattern:

Okay, first you get a bunch of people together, all sitting down in a room and facing (roughly) the same direction. *Next, starting at one side of the room, people jump up and stick their hands in the air (preferably while screaming loudly). Then the next group/section of people jump up, arms waving, while screaming loudly. Then the next group/section has their turn, etc., etc. all the way across the room.*

Repeat from * to * until everyone is thoroughly sick of it.

Did I get that about right?
