Help with Rowan "Grace" Pattern

Hi there - I'm trying to figure this part of the pattern out and I can't seem to make sense of it. The stitch is a stockinette stitch at this point in the pattern. The item in bold is the one that is really confusing me. The other instructions are OK, something I could figure out by watching YouTube videos.

Next Row (RS): K2, K2tog, K to last 4 sts, K2tog tbl, K2. Working all decreases 2 sts in from ends of rows as a set by last row, cont in st st, shaping side seams by dec 1 st st each end of every foll 10th row to 73 (77:83:87:93) sts.

I'm making a size small, so I continue to 77 sts.

You will do the side seam decs on the next row, then every 10th row after that until you have 77 sts. So call the 'next row' row 1, dec on rows 11, 21, 31 and so on.

Hi. Save yourself more frustration and ask here. It's good to search things out and find videos and other instructions but people here actually enjoy helping new knitters. I found that out when I started my first real project.
