New!!! Help needed, please
Hi, I'm new. I'm knitting a hot water bottle cover. I haven't knitted for years and stuck at the moment. What does 'Incl at each end of foll 2 alt rows' mean I've just done 'incl at each end of 2 rows'. Rather confused?

Hi and welcome!
Increase 1 stitch at each end of every other row. So you would work one row without increases, increase at each end of the next row, work a row without increases, increase at each end of the next row.

Thank you. I'm assuming I'm only doing 2 rows? It's so long since I've done knitting

Only 2 rows with the increases but 4 rows altogether.
These things all come back to you and probably quicker than you might think! Good for you for getting back into knitting again.
