Pattern clarification!!
I am attempting to make a reversible stripes scarf with 2 different colours
part of the pattern says this:

Row 3 (right side): Turn, and slip 1 wyib. With Color B, *k1, slip 1 wyif, repeat from * to end.

I am very confused about what I'm supposed to do here (using circular needles btw) especially for the first part of this row "slip 1 wyib". Am I just supposed to slip the very first stitch of the row with the yarn in back, then bring the yarn to front and knit the next one with the green yarn and continue slipping and knitting with the green until the end????
Or do I interchanged slipping wyib and slipping wyif for the 2 different colours throughout this row?

this is the next row if it helps you understand what's going on:
Row 4 (right side): Slide, and with Color A, *k1, slip 1 wyif, repeat from * to last stitch, k1.

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!!

Hi and welcome!
Turn and slip 1 stitch with yarn in back, now change to color B (green) knit 1, slip 1 wyif, k1, slip 1 wyif, k1, slip 1 wyif etc. So you're slipping the very first stitch of the row with the yarn in back, then knitting the next stitch with the green yarn, bringing the yarn to the front, slip the next stitch, bring the yarn to the back to knit the next stich and continueing slipping and knitting with the green until the end. As you do that you're moving the yarn to the back to knit the stitch and to the front to slip the next stitch.
What is it you're making and is there a link to the pattern or a pattern name?

Mmm, lovely. I just finished a baby blanket from purlbee and really like the pattern and blanket. Good luck with you project!
