feather and fan bind off
need help on feather and fan bind off, i'm doing reg bind off, but comes out straight, not like the feather and fan pattern...

A regular bind off should work well but it needs to be done loosely. If you have to, go up a needle size or two. When you cast on, you just do a regular cast on and the pattern pulls the fabric into scallops. You may get inverted scallops for the cast off but it should still wave. This video shows you what that looks like and recommends a bind off on row 2 of their pattern for the neatest effect.
