Quite cute and elegant - good knitting and a nice colour combination too.

I think this technique is very suited for bracelets. If ony I had thinner left over yarn...

BTW, in English - what is this called? LACE? For I know it as Ajour (in Dutch knitting terms), but I think that is a French term (in origin). We translate the English word 'lace' to a different term, so I am just wondering whether there is a different english term than lace for this kind of work

I agree. I really wouldn't wear most of the knitted/crocheted jewelry that I've seen. I would wear this one. I found a crochet necklace on Rav that I might wear. I think it was called Seaweed? Anyway, yours is beautiful!! How long did it take to make it?

Ooops! I'm sorry. I now see that you mentioned in the original post that you finished it in one evening. I didn't read carefully!

Break time, thought I would poke around on ravelry looking at necklaces, this one is crocheted, but oh so pretty:

http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/libr...read-necklaces

This one is crocheted also, I wonder what the colorway is?

And although I haven't fully checked out "Ohmay Designs", there look to be quite the 'Ohmazing' floral designs.

Alas, my break is over. Got to get back to painting, will continue browsing later.

Lovely work!

I found the pattern in a Ravelry search...and added this elegant little accessory to my Queue! It's very very nice! You did a wonderful job of it!
