Lady's vest - in Noro
Well tonight I finished the back and started the front of a vest I'm knitting for my sister in Noro ... will keep you all posted.

FFS, why aren't there 48 hours in the day so I can just knit obsessively longer than I already do.

The other day my partner (Geoff) asked me with a slightly vexed yet amused look on his face "Why, David, is there a ball of yarn in the freezer?" ...

I said, of course, "Dammit, I've been looking for that bloody ball for ages!"

I guess even yarn needs to chill.

Put another one in the freezer. That way, when Geoff finds it, you can tell him you wanted to make sure any potential moth eggs were good and DEAD. Isn't that why everyone freezes yarn?

When I've purchased wool and other natural-fiber yarn at yard sales, I've definitely frozen it. Three full days (i.e., 72 hours) at minimum.

So there, Geoff!!!

Oh, David...that's hilarious!

Ya know...I've misplaced a bag of navy blue sport weight cotton. A lady on Rav messaged me about buying it...I located the yarn from my yarn cupboard...I answered her...she never got back to me quickly...I put the yarn away...???...then she goes and pays for the yarn out of the blue...and then I can't find the friggin' yarn. So I refunded her money after a few crazy days of searching everywhere thrice!

But I never did check the doggone freezer....

I'd be likely to pull it out of the freezer and let if defrost on the counter for dinner.
