Should I or Shouldn't I?!?!??
This past weekend, someone local had a huge yard sale. Friends of mine told me they had LOTS of yarn for sale. Well, I didn't stop to see it because I was busy and I didn't have any cash available at the time.

Well, I'm wondering if I should stop today and ask if they've got any yarn left over. It looks like they've cleaned up from the sale and there's nothing outside.

Would that be considered rude or what?!?!? Just wondering what you all would do?? Stop or not stop??

Thanks,
knitcindy

I would definitely stop and ask. If they still have it, they will be happy to get rid of it. If not, well, you tried.

You really didn't have any illusions that you would get any other opinion here did you?

The temps are supposed to get up to 98 every day this week. So I was wondering if you thought it would be "worth it" to go out.

I agree. You haven't gone yet? Lol. I'd go, heat or no heat. But its 90+ and storming here... I'm not leaving home unless I have to. I think that's a have to situation :-)

Well, I did stop and knocked on the front door.

They "might" have some yarn left-over BUT everything's all packed up in boxes and they don't remember which boxes, etc...... Sooooo, I left my phone # with them and they will call me if they find any yarn (towards the end of the week).

TA DAAAAA!!!!! Possible stash-infusion!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully you'll soon have more yarn! Good for you for stopping by!
