Great Basic Sweater Pattern Book - All Sizes!
This is my new favorite pattern book, and I love that it's a small size pamphlet, which is easy to keep in my knitting bag all the time. It has designs for sizes 2 (child) all the way up to 5X (adult)!

Patons Back to Basics

The book has patterns for cardigans, pullovers, jackets, and vests in all kinds of basic configurations:

Sleeves (raglan or set-in)
Neckline (crew or V)
Styles (plain, striped, or argyle)

Every pattern is designed for worsted weight yarn. (Patons Wool)

Where did you get it from? I visited 2 craft stores last week and didn't see this at either one of them. I will be keeping my eyes open for this one too!

Thanks for the tip!

Hi knitcindy! I got my copy direct from Patons. It's a new book, so it might not be in stores yet.

If you buy it from Patons, you have two options.
$4.95 for a hard copy
$3.95 for a downloadable PDF

Thanks Sandy. With all the beautiful yarns, it's so good to have a book of patterns like this one to show them off.

Sadly the patterns is only available for US or Canadian customers ... even if you choose to pay for and then download the PDF.

Weird! Maybe it's available on Patons Australia site?

Thanks!!!!

I already have almost all of the Paton's Next Steps booklets and I LOVE them. This one looks like it's along those same lines.

Gosh, I love those books too! I have PDFs of all of them on my Nook, so I carry them everywhere I go.
