Will the new download indicate "revised version" or similar words?

It should. However, I have deleted the previous version, to avoid confusion. Since this is a very new pattern, I did expect to find an error or two. I'm trying to catch everything as early on as I possibly can. I hope this will be it... fingers crossed...

Okay, thanks Monica! As soon as I see a photo of the bag fully loaded, being carried by the handles, I'll try to find a yarn in my stash to knit one of these for my daughter. She likes to shop the local Farmers' Markets here on our area! I think she'd use it a lot.

By the way: I discovered an error in my bind off instructions, which I have corrected. Everyone should have the corrected version by the end of the day. (fingers crossed.)
I actually just used the pass stitch over BO on mine. I wasn't liking the way the k2tog BO was looking with my yarn and I'm not sure why. Maybe I wasn't doing it correctly. I need to take a photo and post it for you. I like this pattern! Thank you, again, for making it available and as AL pointed out, for free! I actually learned several useful things while knitting it even.

I like it! I've downloaded your pattern, and added it to my queue. I have made the Plymouth market bag several times, and I like everything about it except the skinny handles. When the bag is loaded, the handles dig into your hands or arms. I like your pattern with the wider handles. I think your design will be more comfortable to use. Thanks for sharing it with us!

It's good to hear that a couple of you have already test-driven the pattern. Have you detected any further revisions I need to make?
There is now a picture of the bag with approx 10lbs of produce in it, upheld by the handles posted on the pattern page. (Sadly, I could not both hold the bag and take the picture at the same time. I hung it over a doorknob so the picture would be in focus.) The amount of stress on the handles should be visible, however. And, because I've made, used, given away, etc about 20 of these bags, I have adjusted the capacity of the bag to the size & strength of the handles. It should work out pretty well. I use mine every time I shop anywhere. My grandkids use them as library book bags, pool bags, etc. They really do work fairy well, given that they are a knitted mesh bag. I hope you all enjoy them.

Just so you know I really did make it
Blue and white cotton yarn from stash, there is no label on it so I don't know who made it but it's quite likely Peaches & Creme. My Henry's Rabbit had to get in the shot. You make a bunny and then it won't behave well. I like the blue and white OK but I think it's better in a solid color like the original that you did. Thanks again for such a great, free pattern.

Love the bag and I'm going to do it next although the cast on is new to me and I'm not sure what I'm doing but learning new things is great.
