Swallowtail
Okay, so I must be a glutton for punishment. I haven't even finished my current very time intensive project and I'm already planning another one. I saw DTurner's 'Swallowtail' post in What'cha Knitting? and just had to go check out the pattern on ravelry. And then I ran across this:

http://www.ravelry.com/projects/aqui...owtail-shawl-7

In my recent travels I had found a skein of yarn, the colors are very different than anything I have in my stash, but they are so me. I had been looking at lace shawls, but the skein did not have enough yardage for any of the patterns.

Then I found aquitejiendo's shawl. The yarn she used has the exact yardage as my skein. The color runs are long like mine. Amazing! My yarn is called sakkie by Plymouth Yarn, it is a sock yarn and the color is Violetwood.

That is going to be lovely. Magestic. Yeah, that's a good word for them, MoniDew.

Beautiful yarn, it'll be perfect for the shawl, very unusual colours too, I love it.
