Quaking aspen shawl pattern from fibre co.
Hi I am knitting the above pattern I have knit the whole body of the shawl and am on the second row of the lace edge .It asks you to knit three together(1 st from border and 2 stitches from body. I need a better explanation. I am a low intermediate knitter. Please help Lorri

This is a way of knitting the border and attaching it to the edge of this very pretty shawl. You have 255sts live on the needles. As you knit the border sts, on rows 2,4,and 6, stop one stitch feom the end of the border sts. Knit that one stitch together with 2 sts from the shawl edge and then turn and work back on the next row of the border sts. Here's a video for k3tog if that helps.
