Softie/Plushie/Doll/Amiurumi Help
I would like to crochet this particular character but I am not quite ready to make my own patterns yet. This is the doll I want to make:

I have found 2 patterns so far although neither are "just right".

On this one, the feet are right but the head is way off-

This is the one I found first and it *could* work...I think. -

Does anyone know of any other patterns that may work? Or be able to explain in *very* simple terms how to alter these ones to work?

The second pattern seems ideal. I'm not sure what the shape of the head is but all the other parts look perfect. Why not try out just the head and see if it will work or whether you need to alter the basic shape?
