Wow! Beautiful hats AND they are for charity? Taking my hat off

My favourite ones are the black and white and the pink/brown one next to it in the third photo.

Yep! I'm sure I'm not alone in having yarn that turned out to be itchy for me, not enough for a good size project or just scraps. I find I enjoy turning it into hats (or other small projects) for someone in need. It's been a great project for learning new techniques and experimenting.

The black and white one seems to be a popular choice. In fact my housekeeper loved it so I told her she could have it. I liked making that one so I'll have to make some more, but maybe other colors, too.

Oh Jan, those are all very very attractive hats. I love hats...it must have been fun making them, and such creative designs, colours. Kudos to your great work!

Thanks! Hats to me are what socks are to others..a simple take along project. So I'll continue to make them.
