Louie looks just like my "bad boy" Murphy!! I have 1 dog, Shiloh--think she's a german shepherd/terrier mix; very hyper LOL. Also have 3 inside cats: Ninja, 14 yr. old tabby; Bad boy Murphy 1 yr old rescue, and sweet Kitten, looks like a sealpoint siamese/tabby mix. Lady across the street got her for her 8 yr. old son, who soon tired of her, (surprise, surprise) so I took her in. Also feed and care for 2 "strays" who have been on my patio, or in the vicinity, for past 15 yrs!!

We have two dogs. Both are dachshunds. Gunner's Coal is an AKC registered miniature long hair x short hair cross. Daughter bought him from pet store in local mall.he has both types of hair, long and short on his body.. Most people think he is a puppy due to his size. He weighs between 7-8 pounds. He is full grown and is about 5 years old.

Sugarfoot is a piebald dappled long haired miniature who is a little larger than Gunner's Coal. She weighs about 13 lbs. She is a white body with 5 black spots on her body about the size of a softball. her colors are white , black and brown . Her dappling is more of a silvery gray. Daughter bought her from a website on line. Pup was shipped air freight to Tampa and we drove over to airport and picked her up. She had never seen grass until then.

I'm at work and don't have any recent photos of my dog (just one from when he was less than a year old and he really doesn't look anything like that now) but I can share a couple of photos of my cats. (They always look the same.)

I'm a dog person, but the rest of my family prefer cats.

Max and Ruby:

They are not siblings. Or bunnies. We went to the shelter to look at a litter of grey kittens, but when we got there, all but one had been adopted (Ruby). They had a scrappy-looking one that I couldn't resist -- not realizing that the scruffy look was an indicator of long-hair -- and we got him too so that they could play together. (Max).

Max, the first week we had him, drinking from the dog's dish:

Ruby, during her first week in our house:

And since I'm posting old photos, here is one of Bandit, about 9 years ago; he is both grayer and wider now, although he likes to run through the house:
