OK, glad it's a bit clearer. Your English is very good and you're doing well.
Click the Edit button at the bottom of your post and delete the 4 lines after "Continue like this". That'll do it.

When says: ..bind off with K over K and P over P.. ,, does it mean just bind it normaly or??

Yes, it's a normal bind off but when you see a knit stitch on the lefthand needle, knit it and when you see a purl stitch coming up next on the lefthand needle, purl it. Lifting the stitch over and off the needle is as usual.

I left knitting for some time, but few days ago i started again and i finally finished this pattern. So heres pics of it.. I have to say for this neck warmer it looks good on pic but its not what i expected, i dont like how it looks when i wear it,, but hat is good i like it. One thing i want to know did i end right this hat,it can be seen on pic about what i am talking..

i think the set looks great! Yes, the garter stitch at the top of the hat is correct and the hat should be slightly long for a "slouchy" fit.
Good for you. This is a wonderful return to knitting.
