Question about pattern instruction
I think I posted this in the wrong sub forum so am asking here.

In this pattern (link posted below) for the "Easy as Pie" Shawl, under the "Edging" section, after the center stitch in rows 9 and 11, it has yo, *k3 *yo sk2p, yo*...

What does this mean? I have never seen where it has 3 stars in a repeat pattern. Please help, thank you.

Comparing the written directions to the chart it looks like it should be *k3 yo sk2p, yo* with the second asterisk deleted.
