Hi there!

Just dropping a note to introduce myself.

I'm Suz. I live in Maryland and have been knitting since last April. I stumbled across this sight while searching for other knitters in Maryland.

My current project is "Branching Out" from Knitty...thank the Goddess for life-lines!!

If anyone is interested, i've created a brand new SnB yahoo group that will begin meeting in Westminster on March 1st.

I'm glad i stumbled upon this group! I've already learned new ways to use my NeedleMaster set, thanks!!

Hi, I'm Michelle ~ I am new to knitting, I started a month ago after buying my sister a "How to Knit Kit" and one night I was sitting watching TV with her and she was trying out her knit kit and I thought "That looks really fun" and the next day I went out and bought a pair of needles and a skien of yarn to play with and I have been hooked ever since! :D

'Ehllo everyone.

My name's Josh... feel free to call me Josh or Joshie Love, I go by both (long story). I'm 21 and living in Michigan. Anyways, I'm completely new to this whole knitting scene. I had an ex-boyfriend that knit, I watched him work on this scarf one time and thought it was pretty interesting. He tried to teach me but I was more concentrated on.... erhm.... other things.

To make a long story short (too late), I needed a new beanie a few days ago and went shopping to look for one. I was telling one of my friends about my current beanie situation and she said she could knit me one. Well, that's all she had to say for my interest to peak. So, I'm heading out to the fabric store tonight and I'm hopefully going to slowly work my way to making some schweet beanies for myself. I hope to have one for everyday of the year. Haha. Not really, but ya know.

Well, hope to get to know everyone.
