hi

I've been knitting for a little while. I taught myself a few years back (wrongly!), gave up when I couldn't purl and late last year figured it all out and have been knitting ever since. I knit longies and soakers for my son, and finished my first cardigan last month. I'm really into dyeing my own yarn.

Hello!
I've been posting in the KAL section, but I think I'll branch out and start being more sociable! I'm 25 years old (well, 26 next month!) and live in San Diego. I started knitting last November.

As of August, I'll be taking over a charity knitting group that meets locally once a month. The woman who runs it now is moving and I volunteered, even though most of the group is much more experienced knitters that I am!

Hi, I'm new to this site but already I'm enjoying what I'm seeing. I've been knitting for about 6 years but still consider myself a novice. I prefer sweaters over scarves and afghans. I seem to pick challenging patterns then I'm always on the search for help. Hopefully, I've found the right place. Thanks for having this site available.
