New to Knitting
Hi all!
My name is Lynn, and I am new to knitting. I learned how to knit years ago, only how to cast on, knit and purl. I do not know how to make anything, count stitches or any other extra things. I have been crocheting for about 25 years and have lots of experience, but I really want to knit things for my grandbaby, and I will need lots of help!

I love all kinds of needlework and sewing. I am a quilter also, so I would love to hear if any of you are quilters.

Here I am
I've used this site a few times to puzzle out how to do things, and I think I just noticed that there was a forum. And it's a pleasure to be here.
My name is Angela, and I've been knitting for only about 3 years; crocheting for 30. You can probably guess which is my favorite.

Anyway, I've been enjoying reading some of the posts, so decided to delurk and actually sign up.
Hello again!

Hello, newbie to forum
Love the website. The videos are so helpful, I am a thrower and I have been trying to learn continental. The knit stitch in continental is pretty easy, but the purl stitch has been a challenge for me.

I learned to knit about 2 years ago after joining a SnB group. I only knew how to crochet when I joined the group which is wonderful.

Hi
I'm grateful for the videos on this site, they've been a big help to me. I've been knitting for almost two years, but just finished my first sweater. Now I'm completely hooked on knitting and am starting a summer top this weekend. After that I have a cable sweater pattern picked out.
