Welcome! Take a look around the different boards, to see how we're set up, but again, don't worry about posting in the "wrong: board. We're not picky. Hope you like it here!

Hi,
My name is Jen and I have been knitting for 2 years. I have a hard time putting a project down and I am thrilled to have found this website! Now I have a place to go when my yarn store/friends are not available. I had never done a p2 tbl before and the video was a life saver! I am going to go back now and look through the rest of the site...!
Thank you,
Jen

My name is Cathy and I've been knitting for 22 years. I came to this site because for the life of me I couldn't do kitchener stitch for my sock toes. Your video helped me out tremendously. I'm not afraid of sock toes anymore!
Thanks,
Cathy

I am a very beginning knitter, and find I can't always figure out instruction manuals. So here I am! Hopefully I can follow videos better than the written word. It's nice to know that help is here, though, if I need help. Which I'm sure I will!!!!
Thanks!
Sandra

Welcome to both of you. Even if the videos can't answer your questions come ask them in the How to Forum or elsewhere. There is almost always someone around to help you.

Hello what an awesome site
Hello,
I've been a lurker for years figured i'd make it offical and join. This is such an awesome site for new learners and for old pros that need refreshing.
I learned to knit English, and have recently gone Cont. aka German style. It is much easier on my wrists. I've had the surgery for Carpal tunnel on the right one and had complications they want to do the left and i'm not going for it till i can't stand it any longer LoL.
Knitting cont. helps ease the wear and tear lol

Love the site and looking forward to being a contributing member
