Hi I'm new here but been using this site for awhile now.
I am a 40 yr old language arts teacher. I'm married with a 3 yr old lil' girl. I've been knitting since I was 13, but I still don't consider myself to be an advanced knitter. I go in spells where I won't challenge myself. I am currently procrastinating about knitting the second sock on a new pattern I'm trying, but I will force myself to finish (I hope). Anyway, I love this site and look forward to meeting you all.

I always wear a smile even though people think i am weared. I often respond. By telling them that only REAL MEN KNOW HOW TO KNIT they usually smile and walk away.

Intro to Me
My name is Joe, my wife's name is Marilyn.
I been knitting for about three months now. I have 1 project done and the second about 3/4 done.

I ride a train commute of almost 2 hours each way so I get 4 hours of knitting 5 days a week and what ever I can slip in on the week ends.

I make lots of errors and getting good at fixing them.

Joe

My name is Becki and I live in Japan. I've been knitting for a few weeks now and am working on a simple baby blanket for a friend. The videos are excellent as many have mentioned, I know they've helped me!

Hello everyone. My name is Leslie and Im fairly new to knitting. I started out crocheting, then moved on to knitting. I work nights which can be really boring so knitting and crocheting are godsends. I must admit I do have a preference for knitting. This website is great, very helpful. Hopefully one day I will get to a point where I can answer some questions instead of just asking.
