Hi, I am Rainbow and Jeannette introduced me to this wonderful website and forum. It is amazing, especially the videos. I am so inspired.

I am a slow learner, and I have tried knitting more times than I can care to count. Usually I just do knit and purl stitch, my endges are wonky and I never finish it - never knew how.

I bought some wool today and Jeanette is helping me get started. She is in Germany, I am in Australia. Speaking of which, its 11.20pm and I'm geting very verree sleepy. Happy knitting!

Yours truly - knitting-nerd-in-the-making (I hope)

Hi, everyone. I learned to knit as a child. If you really want to know about me, you can go to Crochetville and read some of my 1,000 posts. Yes, I like to talk a lot. This looks like a nice forum. Mary

Hello from Nova Scotia on the east coast. I started knitting about 3 months ago (from a book) and I'm starting to try things that are not so easy to learn on paper. I'm hoping to gain wisdom here, get new ideas, and see what everyone is up to.

Hi Everyone,
I am a beginner spinner and knitter. Im also learning to hand paint and dye my spun wool and mohair. What a great resource for me. The videos have been so helpful. Im a visual learner and sometimes reading how to do something goes right over my head. I cant wait to start making beautiful things with my own handspun and natural dyed wool.
