I'm new and need help
Hi everyone, I'm not sure what a thread is but Hi there anyway.
I'm trying to convert a pattern so I can use a different yarn and needle size. Is there a formula for this??

Hi! I'm Holly, mama to 3 kiddos! I'm new to knitting and loving it! I keep adding things to my "to knit next list". I'm making my way through my first knit pants for my ds and doing well I think! This is a great helpful forum and I love the videos!

I just want to say hello! I 've been knitting for a while now, but I'm still not super advanced. This site has been a brilliant help to me! Thank you so much for the videos. I've learned ridiculous amounts from you.

Hello from UK
Hi, I live in the north of England. I just googled for some info as I was stuck with my knitting and found this amazing site. Couldnt put my time zone in of course but never mind. I did find the answer to my question straight away!!! Just needed to know if you measure the armhole after decreasing around the curve or from the decreasing up straight to the needle. Seems you measure it straight. Phew, did that with the last thing I knitted my grandaughter and was thinking I might have done it wrong but no.Speak to you all soon.

haven't posted anywhere in quite a while!
Now that the holidays are over, I'm starting on next holiday's gifts! Just gotta quit starting new projects -- I have 4 going on right now!
I've been knitting since 2nd grade (I'm 46) and I now "english knit continental style," as it were! Meaning I pick with my right, not my left.
I'm owned by 2 dogs and 3 cats, so my projects always contain natural fibers!
That's it for now. Happy knitting!
