Thanks to everyone for the Booga compliments! At first, I wasn't sure about the colors, but after I started going on it, I became rather fond of them. They look like a nice combo for Winter, don't they?

I love the color of the Booga Bag! If just Noro wouldn't be so expensive!

Here's my new FO. Yes, I'm fairly productive these days
It's my I-have-to-test-the-pattern-before-buying-expensive-KSH shawl. It's the Kiri pattern and it's going to be my second gift for my mum. It has the right size for the biggest doll she has.
Javede --

That shawl is gorgeous!! And I'm not even a shawl person!! I think I like your yarn (and how it is blocked) better than the one in the pattern picture. What yarn did you use?

Oh, and a while back Kemp posted http://www.woolneedlework.com/Yarn/K...oro_yarn.shtml as a good place to buy Noro Kureyon inexpensively. Their price is only about $6.59/skein. You need 3 skeins for a Booga. But, I must say that the next time I make one, I think I'm going to use a bulkier yarn or double up the strands of some worsted weight yarn. I like the bag, but I would like it even more if it had a little less give.

Yay! More pictures! I just got mine too, and keep looking around for things to take pictures of. Tried to get the hummingbirds to smile, but they wouldn't cooperate.

I like the colors on your bag. Is that felted, or fuzzy? 'Cause if it is felted, it must have been the size of a body bag!

Is there a free pattern for that??? I just bought big yarn like that "on the spot", but I don't know what to make!
