Is there a way to slow the video's down when viewing them? I watch trying to learn but they move to fast so i have to keep going back to the beginning....

I pause them and will sometimes move the cursor back a little bit for a replay. It's not quite what you had in mind, but it works.

You can watch it in slow motion. Click Pause and then click the forward and backward buttons on the bottom right of the screen. I circled them in red in the pic below. You can either click frame by frame or you can click and hold to watch continuous slow motion.
